{Buying a Home}

When helping buyers, we starts by casting a  large net, showing buyers everything that is currently on the market in a variety of neighborhoods, what they can get for their price in each of them  and why some people really want to live there.  The buyer then chooses to cross off neighborhoods they don''t like, and focus on certain areas that they like best.  We take each buyer to multiple properties and learn their taste so well that when we see a property come up, it's not unusual for us to just pick up the phone, call the client and tell them "We've found your home".  On multiple occasions, the buyers have come to the home and bought it that very night.  A lot of this has to do with the fact that we have shown them so many homes and helped them understand the market, they are prepared to step up and do what it takes to get the home of their dreams.

Seattle is a very competitive market. It's very important that the agent representing you has connections, is trusted by their fellow agents, and knows how to negotiate on your behalf.  They also need to know the exact things that good listing agents look for in an offer.  There have been many instances in multiple-offer situations where we have managed to win our clients the home, even while not being the top offer.  Thorough preparation and effective offer presentations make this possible.
